Training

From the first ball to competition.

Four groups, one coaching team – from coordination and feel for the ball to competition preparation with athletic training. Which group fits becomes clear at the trial session.

Children & juniors

Beginners

For children and juniors who are new to tennis or have played only a little.

Goals

  • Build coordination and a feel for the ball
  • Lay down the groundstrokes playfully and technically sound
  • Enjoy moving and playing – so that tennis sticks

What you'll do

Coordination, feel for the ball and groundstrokes – with plenty of movement, so tennis is fun from the very first session.

Age-appropriate

Children train with balls and on court sizes matched to their age – adjusted to their height and their level.

Getting in
Request a trial session, tell us the age and any experience – we'll suggest a group that fits.

Children & juniors

Advanced

For children and juniors with solid groundstrokes who want to go further – up to their first tournament.

Goals

  • Refine technique: groundstrokes, serve, volley
  • Build tactical understanding for rallies and matches
  • Step into first tournaments with guidance

What you'll do

Technique and tactics: the strokes become more precise, and with them the understanding of which shot makes sense when – plus company on the way to that first tournament.

The road to a first tournament

  1. Refine technique

  2. Understand tactics

  3. First tournament – with support

Getting in
Request a trial session and describe briefly how long and where you've trained so far.

Performance Tennis

For players who compete regularly or are working towards it – and are ready to train for it.

Goals

  • Intensive technical work with analysis
  • Systematic competition preparation
  • Athletic development with athletic coach Roland Repasi

What you'll do

Tennis and athletics interlock: technical detail work, tactical match preparation and fitness sessions with the athletic coach. Volume and focus are agreed individually with the head coach.

Who coaches
Head coach Alek Đurić, athletics with athletic coach Roland Repasi.
Getting in
Get in touch with details of your level and tournament experience – it starts with a conversation and a trial session.

Beginners to advanced

Adults

For adults learning tennis, picking it up again or working on a specific part of their game.

Goals

  • Learn the groundstrokes or rebuild them cleanly
  • Play rallies with confidence and solve match situations
  • Build the consistency and fitness that matches ask for

What you'll do

In private training your goal sets the focus; in a group you train by level – technique and match play in whatever balance suits you.

Training hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 – we agree your own times personally with you.

Getting in
Request a trial session and tell us whether you'd prefer private or group training.

Private or group

One-to-one with the coach – or in a group.

Private training

The coach's full attention, content matched exactly to your game. Ideal for focused technical work, for coming back after a break, or when dates need to stay flexible.

  • The coach's full attention
  • Content matched to your game
  • Dates arranged flexibly

Group training

Training with players at a similar level – with the match play that only a group creates. Groups are formed by age and playing level.

  • Players at a similar level
  • Match play that only a group creates
  • Groups by age and level, adults by choice

The two combine well. Which format fits, we'll discuss in a first conversation.

Trial session

How getting started works.

  1. Step 1

    Your message

Write to us through the contact form or call: who would like to train, what age, what experience?

  2. Step 2

    A suggested date

We come back with a date for a trial session – in a group that fits, or one-to-one.

  3. Step 3

    The trial session

On court the coach sees the level and you see how we work. Afterwards we agree on group, volume and times together.

  4. Step 4

    Getting started

If it's right for both sides, you start in the group or in private training – at times we arrange with you.

Prices

We'll give you prices and available times in a first conversation – openly and with no obligation.
